Online Ordering

Shopping for RADIUS products is secure and easy. Follow these simple steps to complete an order:

· Browse the Store by category of interest or search by keyword

· Add product(s) to your Cart or save for later on your "Wishlist"

· Register for a new account or log-in to your existing account

· Select your method of payment

· Submit your order

· Print the confirmation page and/or receipt for your records - you will also receive an email confirmation with detail.

Set Up A New Account/Modify An Existing Account

Logging in or registration is not required in order to browse the store. If however, you decide to make a purchase, you will either have to log-in (if you have already registered for an account) or register a new accountr.

Registering as a first-time shopper will require that you provide a username, password, full name, address, email and address and phone number. This information can be modified at any time by clicking on “My Account” in the top navigation bar.

Return customers will be prompted to enter a username and password upon Check Out. Your billing and shipping information will be set to your default but can be changed easily each order.

Methods Of Payment

The Store accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). Pre-approved accounts may submit orders for Corporate Billing. Please provide the appropriate Purchase Order & Cost Center information for proper billing.

Your credit card statement will reflect payment to RADIUS Promotions.

Check that you’re billing information and shipping address displayed on the page is accurate before you place your order.

· Verify the shipping method. UPS ground shipping is standard.

· Once you have placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation page.

Returns & Exchanges

A.

We will accept returns due to manufacture errors/defects only. Contact Customer Service with any special circumstances and we will work to resolve the situation. Re-stocking charges may apply under special circumstances. All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. RADIUS Customer Service may be contacted M-F from 8 am - 5 pm CST @ 1-800-314-1365.

Shipping Times

In-Stock Items

All in-stock products ship within 24 to 48 hours of order receipt, Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm CST.

On-Demand Items (not in-stock)

All on-demand item orders will ship in 7-10 business days, based on availability.

Rush Orders

We will work to fulfill all orders and meet their respective deadlines. Should an order require a quick turnaround, please contact us directly to discuss and to ensure that your items arrive on time at 1-800-314-1365.

Custom Orders

Product selection determines shipping times; however, custom orders can be expected to ship in no more than 10 – 20 business days.

Please note that holidays may prolong the shipping times. Also, the store will be closed on all National holidays.
